Kevin P. Nett
Mr. Nett’s professional experience includes the full spectrum of entity formation, corporate counseling, as well as merger, acquisitions, joint ventures and the like of a variety of sizes, types and business sectors. Mr. Nett also counsels business owners in a range of industries on strategic and operational opportunities and challenges, as well as serving as a confidential advisor seeing to the execution of internal and external agenda, distilling complex situations to allow for their consideration and resolution and driving negotiations to the desired result.
Mr. Nett graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Political Science (with Distinction) and received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. Upon entering the legal profession, Mr. Nett has served as in house counsel for multi million dollar companies and thereafter founded the law offices of Nett & Nett. His experience in house, as well as in private practice, has provided Mr. Nett with valuable insights into the needs of his diverse clients, ranging from small start up companies to international multi million dollar corporations.
Mr. Nett is a hands-on attorney who believes that getting to know the client’s business and business needs is the key to successful representation.
